Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your nominated payment method. To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified. Verification is a one-time process that involves confirming your identity through the steps outlined in your account settings. Once verified, subsequent withdrawal requests do not require re-verification under normal circumstances.
9999wim charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that is sent to your payment method. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes; bank transfers are processed the same day in most cases.
Withdrawals to payment methods not associated with your account, or to third-party accounts, are not permitted. All withdrawals must go to a method registered in your own name.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Sports bets placed on 9999wim are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, the odds are locked in for that specific bet.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the match or event being cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period; obvious pricing errors on odds; events being settled based on incorrect information that is later corrected; or where a result has been materially affected by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the sport.
Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, bets may be delayed or rejected if the match situation changes before the bet is confirmed. 9999wim is not liable for communication delays that affect in-play bet placement.
Cricket, PSL fixtures and T20 matches are among the most heavily covered sports on 9999wim. Specific settlement rules for cricket markets — including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern affected matches, player-specific markets and over-by-over markets — are set out in the Sports Betting rules section accessible within the betting interface.
Maximum win limits apply across all sports markets. These are shown within the bet slip before confirmation. Bets that exceed the maximum win limit will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the outcome.
The 9999wim VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative activity on the platform and happens automatically without requiring an application. 9999wim reserves the right to adjust the thresholds for each tier and the benefits associated with each tier at any time with reasonable notice.
VIP benefits including cashback, elevated withdrawal limits and exclusive room access are provided at 9999wim's discretion and are subject to continued activity at the relevant tier level. Accounts that become inactive may see their tier status reviewed or reduced.
VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account and have no cash value outside of the context in which they are provided. Cashback credited under VIP benefits is subject to the standard bonus terms outlined in Section 5.
Players are expected to use 9999wim in good faith for genuine recreational purposes. The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
9999wim monitors accounts for unusual activity patterns. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be closed and any funds associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
9999wim reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where these terms have been violated, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where the account has remained inactive for an extended period.
Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the closure is due to inactivity or at the player's own request, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
